Although it took us two decades to initiate, the idea of bringing together finance brokering and business consulting under the one roof has made sense to us for a long while.

With the force of AAA+ Financial Solutions and AAA Consulting, our office has become a one stop shop for financial services, one which hasn’t really been seen in North Queensland up until now.

The combination of the two arms of the business are really like a hand in glove scenario that marry in cohesively for our clients who can come to us for loan assistance and finance brokering before starting their own business, and stay on as clients for our business consulting, benchmarking and cashflow management services.

The new comprehensive service offering has been well received within the community, with large firms coming to us from Townsville and the surrounding districts to tender on some high-level developments. It is amazing to see our skills and services be recognised by some big players in the local region.

We’re incredibly proud of the team we’ve built over the years; some of our team has over 30 years’ experience under their belt which means we really do have the expertise to deliver really innovative solutions for our clients.

By merging the financial brokering side with the consulting side we can attack challenges from both points of view to get a really unique outcome which at the end of the day is the reason I get up in the morning.

Knowing I can make a real difference to people’s lives through maximising their finances and giving them the best possible head start makes every day worthwhile.

Whether it’s rural businesses in town, households or even young people looking to buy their first car, you can just see the excitement in their eyes. For those kids it’s their dream and it’s the first time they really see that hard work pay off.

Then when they’re 30 and working as a sparky or a plumber wanting to start their own business, we can go on that journey with them as well.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Ash is an experienced lending manager, and agricultural specialist. Originally from Adelaide, he has had the pleasure of working with regional industries across Australia. Specifically, after taking an interest in North and Western Queensland, Ash co-founded the AAA Group and has played a fundamental role in the success of small business in the region.
